Consumers doing business with ClicClac® will know their ClicClac® purchases have a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee - Unconditionally Garanteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 90 days from your purchase date for a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions: Personalized, engraved, occassion specific, and holiday items may be returned for a replacement. They are not returnable for a refund.
